About Solution Mazda Châteauguay Solution Mazda Châteauguay is your go-to Mazda dealership on the South Shore. As part of our growth and the expansion of our Used Vehicles department, we are looking for an inspiring leader to lead our sales team.

The Position

• Title: Sales Director – Used Vehicles
• Location: Châteauguay, QC
• Type: Full-time, permanent
• Required experience: Minimum 3 years in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles
• Compensation: competitive + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Define and drive the sales strategy for the Used Vehicles department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from welcome to signing.
• Oversee the sales process, vehicle evaluations, inventory management, and the presentation of certified and non-certified used vehicles.
• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs: sales volume, conversion rate, gross margin, lead conversion) and implement quick corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures, provide ongoing team training, and promote best practices in customer service.
• Represent the department in inter-departmental meetings and support marketing efforts to increase the visibility of used vehicles.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, ideally focused on used vehicles.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and develop a team, results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of evaluation and trade-in processes, financing programs, and CRM tools; proficiency with common office tools.
• Relevant degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field; fluency in French required; English is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
