Sales Director - New Vehicles
Location: Candiac (South Shore)
Toyota Candiac dealership is seeking a Sales Director - New Vehicles to lead and optimize the entire department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demonstration, negotiation, and closing; manage the new vehicle inventory.
- Ensure department profitability and adherence to Toyota standards (high CSI).
- Optimize showroom processes and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff; manage administrative and budgetary aspects of the department.
- Supervise the New and Used Vehicle Sales departments; coordinate communications with internal/external partners.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary action plans.
- Evaluate vehicles and drive commercial strategies related to inventory.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum experience: 1 year in automotive sales management; knowledge of the Toyota brand is an asset.
- Proven leadership and ability to unify a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and KPI analysis; results and customer service-oriented.
- Personal qualities: integrity, organization, interpersonal skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
