Used Vehicle Sales Manager
Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dynamic dealership located in Montreal, is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing inventory, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the used vehicle sales strategy in alignment with overall objectives.
- Lead, develop, and coach the sales team; set individual and team goals and foster talent development.
- Manage certified used vehicle inventory, optimize pricing and promotions to maximize margins and volume.
- Oversee financing and warranty processes in collaboration with the finance department to offer competitive and transparent solutions.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery and after-sales service.
- Monitor KPIs (monthly sales, conversion rates, average sale value, customer satisfaction) and optimize inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, and purchasing departments to align campaigns, promotions, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with standards, internal policies, and ethical sales practices.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, ideally in the used vehicle sector and in a management role.
- Proven leadership, ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team; results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills; conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing processes, insurance, warranties, and CRM/ERP tools.
- Analytical reasoning and ability to make data-driven decisions; skill in managing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in French; functional English preferred; knowledge of the Montreal market and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
