Job Offering: Sales Advisor – Ford Vehicles (new and used)

Location: Saint-Jérôme, Quebec Company: Élite Ford St-Jérôme, a leading Ford dealership and member of Groupe Tremblay

About the position As a Sales Advisor, you are the customer experience and the first point of contact for offering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs, whether for new or used Ford vehicles. You work closely with the service and financing departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience, while contributing to the team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, listen to, and qualify clients' needs to propose relevant solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting technologies, advantages, and current promotions.
  • Manage the entire sales process (prospect qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up).
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio, aiming for a high conversion rate and ensuring customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with service, financing, and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales goals, while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Master Ford products, manufacturer programs, and promotions; utilize CRM to track prospects and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive sector is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to quickly build trust.
  • Results-oriented, strong negotiation skills, and ability to close sales professionally.
  • Team spirit, adaptability, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office suite; valid driver's license.
