Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming and Advising: Warmly greet every customer to identify and address their needs with the best solutions.
• Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct engaging presentations of new and used Honda vehicles, accompanied by test drives.
• Financial Advice: Inform and guide customers on financing options, insurance, and Honda programs, and follow up on sales until delivery.
• Sales Management: Lead the complete sales cycle ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the New, Used, and After-Sales Service teams to maintain continuity of service.
• Maintaining Presentation: Ensure attractive presentation of vehicles and accuracy of information in the showroom and online.

Desired Profile

• Customer Service: Excellent communication, service, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Honda products and financing/insurance processes is a plus.
• Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in French, both written and spoken; functional English is appreciated.
• Availability: Valid driver's license and flexibility for schedules including evenings and weekends.
