About the Position

• Sales Advisor responsible for assisting clients in choosing new and used vehicles and proposing solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships throughout the sales process, with quality follow-up.
• Master the technical features and options of our range to offer relevant advice.
• Actively participate in promotional events and trade shows to represent the dealership.
• Work closely with the sales management team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Your Missions

• Welcome, inform, and advise customers on the vehicles being sold.
• Follow up on leads and ensure post-sales follow-up.
• Manage lease renewals and requests via phone and email.
• Sell new and used vehicles.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an active team member.

Skills and Tools

• Experience: 1 year as a Sales Advisor.
• Valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission.
• CRM tools and software: Merlin (Sales), EasyDeal (Sales), Activix (CRM).
