About the Position

Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically, identify their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Present the Volkswagen range and advise on the features and benefits of the models.
- Develop lasting relationships through exceptional after-sales service.
- Negotiate sales conditions and finalize transactions in accordance with internal policies.
- Work closely with the financing team to offer relevant options.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and market trends.
Profile Sought
- Sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven talent in negotiation and closing sales.
- Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual in French and English (asset, depending on the position and clients).
