Automotive Sales Advisor – Montreal Region
Overview
You will play a central role in the customer experience by guiding each client throughout the purchasing process, from identifying their needs to completing the transaction. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, you will recommend the most suitable vehicles and ensure quality follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build trust.
- Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate vehicle (new or used).
- Explain in detail the features, benefits, and options of vehicles in inventory.
- Organize and secure test drives according to established protocols.
- Explain financing and long-term leasing options.
- Manage the necessary documents to finalize the sale or lease.
- Negotiate prices in collaboration with the Assistant Sales Manager.
- Follow up on transactions in coordination with the F&I department.
- Stay updated on new models and market technologies.
- Comply with applicable automotive sales regulations.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job Requirements
