Sales Advisor – Ford and Lincoln, Montreal

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs regarding Ford and Lincoln vehicles, offering suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate models, options, and features; conduct test drives when necessary.
• Develop personalized sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales in accordance with internal policies.
• Manage the financing process in collaboration with the dedicated department and assist with vehicle trade-ins when appropriate.
• Follow up on and develop the client and prospect portfolio (CRM) to ensure satisfaction and opportunities for repeat sales.
• Work closely with the Service and After-Sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from showroom to service.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns and internal training; stay informed about new products.
• Maintain a neat and attractive presentation of inventory and showroom vehicles.
• Adhere to compliance standards, internal policies, and operational procedures.
• Availability and flexibility with hours depending on team needs.

Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; results-oriented with strong negotiation ability.
• Knowledge of Ford and Lincoln models or a strong interest in learning quickly; ability to conduct convincing demonstrations.
• Bilingual (French and English) preferred; fluent French required.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and POS systems; ability to work in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant sales training considered an asset.
• Availability and flexible hours.
