The Position
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our dedicated team focused on the premium customer experience. You will guide customers from the showroom to delivery, ensuring personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and during visits, providing a personalized and professional experience.
- Advise on vehicle ranges, configurations, options, services, and suitable financing solutions.
- Identify customer needs, suggest relevant solutions, and prepare proposals that meet the brand's standards.
- Negotiate offers and close sales by achieving targets while ensuring quality service.
- Conduct thorough post-sale follow-up, foster customer loyalty, and develop lasting relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the financing, service, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Actively participate in achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and network growth.
Desired Profile
- Minimum experience: 3 years in sales; experience in the automotive or premium sector is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs, advise professionally, and negotiate diplomatically.
- Results-oriented, autonomous, and capable of working in a team, even in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours.

- Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
- Follow-up with potential clients
- Lease renewals
- Cold calling and emailing
- Customer follow-up and Web inquiries
- Sale of new and used vehicles
