Job Description
Position: New Vehicle Sales Advisor
Subaru Métropolitain, a Subaru dealership in Montreal, is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. You will be on the front line, providing an exceptional customer experience and guiding our clients throughout their purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Subaru solutions.
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, explain configurations, options, and current promotions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to propose solutions and complete sales documents.
- Close sales and provide diligent follow-up until delivery and post-sale.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and maintain an active pipeline of prospects and clients.
- Work in synergy with the after-sales service to provide a consistent customer experience.
- Follow internal procedures, compliance standards, and safety policies.
Profile Sought
Skills and Tools
- At least 1 year of sales experience; ideally in automotive sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented, team player, autonomous, and able to manage multiple cases.
- Valid driver’s license; knowledge of the Montreal region.
- Bilingual French-English considered an asset; functional proficiency in French required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
- Available to work as needed, including evenings.
