Luxury Automotive Sales Advisor – Mont-Royal Showroom (Confidential)

Important information: confidential search for a high-end sales advisor to join a premier automotive showroom in Mont-Royal, Quebec. Discreet engagement on behalf of a distinguished retailer dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience for a demanding clientele.

Role Overview

You will be the brand ambassador, offering VIP service to a wealthy clientele. You guide buyers in vehicle selection, personalization, and the ownership journey, while building lasting relationships and ensuring a discreet and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with a wealthy clientele in Quebec; respond quickly to inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct confidential consultations, present and demonstrate luxury vehicles, and explain the technical and lifestyle benefits of models, packages, and options.
  • Guide the client throughout the purchase process: vehicle configuration, test drives, pricing, financing/insurance, and delivery.
  • Offer tailored experiences, adapting recommendations to lifestyle, vehicle usage, and long-term ownership goals.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensure confidentiality, and proactively follow up with clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets; contribute to the showroom’s profitability while upholding brand standards.
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and financing teams to ensure a smooth ownership journey and high-quality after-sales support.
  • Represent the brand at exclusive events and VIP programs, to attract new clientele and strengthen loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product ranges, options, and market trends, and keep up with introductions of new models.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or equivalent experience in the luxury sector, with a track record of meeting objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished and professional appearance; active listening and ability to tailor presentations to a sophisticated clientele.
  • Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills are an asset for an international clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, their performance, safety features, and customization options; ability to deliver compelling demonstrations and explain complex specifications.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; impeccable organization and ability to manage a long, consultative sales cycle.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality; comfortable in a premium, performance-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license; availability for a schedule that reflects showroom, events, and VIP client needs.
