Senior Sales Advisor – Lotus Montreal (Kirkland, QC)

Lotus Montreal, an authorized Lotus dealership and member of the John Scotti Automotive group, is seeking a senior sales advisor to serve a demanding clientele in the world of Lotus sports cars. Join a legendary brand in full expansion and participate in a premium customer experience around the models Eletre, Emira, and the upcoming Emeya and Evija. As part of our growth, a new state-of-the-art dealership will be opening soon, providing a workplace environment matching the luxury experience we offer.

The Role You will operate within a dynamic volume (more than 150 new units annually distributed between two representatives) and embody customer service excellence. You will design tailored proposals and guide the client from the first contact to delivery, while actively contributing to the brand’s visibility and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, listen to, and advise clients, offering solutions suited to Lotus’s high-end framework.
• Present and compare the Eletre, Emira, Evija, and Emeya models, highlighting features, performance, and customizable options.
• Conduct demonstrations and road test drives; manage the entire sales process (qualification, proposal, negotiation, financing, and delivery) in coordination with dedicated services.
• Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets; conduct rigorous after-sales follow-up and foster customer loyalty.
• Maintain an impeccable showroom reflecting the premium image of Lotus Montreal.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and launch new models.
• Use CRM and internal tools for accurate tracking of prospects and clients; actively participate in ongoing training on products and sales techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in automobile sales, ideally in the high-end or prestige brands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; results-oriented with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of the luxury automotive market and the behavior of premium clients; neat presentation and impeccable professionalism.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual French/English is a plus; proficient with CRM tools and good organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for demonstrations and customer events.
