Senior Sales Advisor – Lotus Montreal (Kirkland, QC)

Lotus Montreal, an authorized Lotus dealership and member of the John Scotti Automotive group, is seeking a senior sales advisor to assist a discerning clientele in the world of Lotus sports cars. Join a legendary brand in rapid expansion and participate in a premium customer experience around the Eletre, Emira, and future Emeya and Evija models. As part of its growth, Lotus Montreal will soon move to a new state-of-the-art dealership offering a modern and luxurious work environment.

The Role You will operate at the heart of a dynamic sales volume (+150 new units annually, shared between two advisors) and embody excellence in customer service. You will craft tailored proposals, guide clients from initial contact to delivery, and actively contribute to brand visibility and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions aligned with Lotus's high-end standards.
• Present and compare models Eletre, Emira, Evija, and Emeya, highlighting features, performance, and customizable options.
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives; manage the entire sales process (qualification, proposal, negotiation, financing, and delivery) in coordination with dedicated departments.
• Achieve and surpass sales and customer satisfaction goals; ensure after-sales follow-up and foster loyalty.
• Maintain an impeccable showroom reflecting Lotus Montreal’s premium image and guarantee a smooth, professional customer experience.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and new model launches.
• Use CRM and internal tools for precise prospect and client tracking; participate in ongoing training on products and sales techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales, ideally in luxury or prestige brands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; results-oriented with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of the luxury market and premium client behavior; neat appearance and impeccable professionalism.
• Team spirit, autonomy, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual French/English is an advantage; proficiency with CRM tools and good organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for demonstrations and client events.
