Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify customer needs; propose the most suitable solutions (new and used)
• Present technical features, options, financing conditions, and warranties
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives; tailor presentations to the customer's profile
• Manage the sales cycle from greeting to signing; follow up post-sale to ensure loyalty
• Collaborate with financing, service, and parts teams for a seamless experience
• Master promotions and incentives from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands and current offers
• Use CRM and internal tools to track prospects and clients, manage the pipeline, and ensure regular follow-up
• Comply with standards of conformity and ethics; adopt a professional and customer-oriented approach

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales (new and/or used)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; customer service mindset and ability to build trust
• Team spirit, service orientation, active listening, and negotiation skills
• Autonomy, organization, results-oriented; ability to work with goals and deadlines
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus
• Valid driver's license; availability during weekdays (weekends closed)
