Receptionist / Hostess – Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe Location: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec

Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe is seeking a professional to ensure a warm welcome and provide an exceptional customer experience in a premium environment.

Job Description As a Receptionist / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, in person and over the phone. You will ensure a welcoming reception, coordinate between departments, and oversee the smooth running of daily operations while reflecting the Mercedes-Benz brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate services (Sales, Service, Administration) and maintain an orderly reception area.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages quickly and accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments; facilitate communication between departments.
• Perform routine administrative tasks (data entry, handling mail and supplies, maintaining the visitor log).
• Manage data entry and payments during transactions.
• Contribute to safety and compliance with internal procedures while protecting customer confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and reflect the Mercedes-Benz brand image.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in reception/guest service or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requests, and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); experience with scheduling software or CRM is an advantage.
• Team spirit, reliability, discretion, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
