Job Description
Receptionist / Hostess – Mercedes-Benz Showroom Montreal East (day shifts, possible evenings)
Join a premium brand and ensure impeccable greeting from the first contact, while guaranteeing the smooth operation of the reception role within our showroom.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome visitors and clients, establish a professional and friendly atmosphere
- Manage the telephone reception: answer, filter, and redirect calls to appropriate contacts
- Guide clients to the relevant departments and ensure necessary follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks: handling mail, filing, data entry, and general administrative support
- Collaborate with internal services to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information
Desired Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or client support
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus
- Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay calm during busy periods
- Team spirit, reliability, and discretion
- Flexible working hours and adaptability to meet showroom needs
