Experienced Receptionist / Hostess - Subaru Métropolitain (Saint-Léonard, Montreal)
About the position
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in the customer experience within our reception area and during telephone interactions. Join a Subaru dealership where professional welcome, responsiveness and kindness make the difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with courtesy and professionalism, reflecting the brand image.
- Manage the telephone reception: answer, screen calls, take precise messages and direct to the relevant services.
- Schedule and coordinate service and sales appointments; confirm appointments and notify customers of changes.
- Direct customers to the appropriate contacts and escort them to the designated areas.
- Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized; ensure supplies are stocked.
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, mail, document management) and support coordination.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and confidentiality of customer information.
- Record customer data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reception, front desk or hostess role.
- Excellent command of French; operational English is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation; ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Office) and appointment management software; CRM experience appreciated.
- Ability to manage priorities, work as a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including some evenings or weekends.
