We are looking for a motivated and energetic Receptionist / Hostess to join our team in Montreal. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the privileged link between them and the various departments of our dealership.

You ensure an impeccable customer experience from the moment of welcome, while efficiently managing administrative flows and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and courteously, providing a memorable experience from their arrival.
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our services and vehicles.
• Manage appointments and organize the schedules of service teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and various dealership departments.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming; maintain the waiting room in order at all times.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of reception and service processes to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational sense.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
• Proficiency in office tools and appointment management software.
