Receptionist / evening hostess

Receptionist / Hostess – Car showroom (Evening) – Montreal

Based in Montreal, this position is part of a network of car dealerships and aims to provide a premium evening welcome while supporting Sales and Technical teams in managing customer flow at the showroom.

Mission Ensure quality reception during the evening and contribute to organizing customer flow at the showroom, in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate services (Sales, Service, Customer Support).
• Manage phone calls and messages, transmit information, and schedule appointments.
• Briefly present the showroom and the services offered; facilitate test drives and visits according to availability.
• Handle clients in the evening and coordinate flow with internal teams.
• Keep the reception area clean and professional; ensure compliance with image and safety standards.
• Use CRM and reservation tools to record appointments and maintain customer follow-up.
• Guarantee the confidentiality of customer information and transactions; act with discretion and professionalism.

Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in reception, customer service, or similar role; experience in automotive or retail is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French; English is an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude suitable for the automotive environment.
• Proficiency in office tools and CRM/appointment scheduling systems.
• Availability to work in the evening; great flexibility and ability to manage high customer flow.
• Service-oriented, team spirit, organized, and discreet.
