Fortier Ford, the new dealership of the GENX group, located in Montreal-Est, is looking for a passionate receptionist/guest host for customer service to join a dynamic team. Beginner profiles accepted.

Your missions

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors, direct them to the relevant services, and provide clear information.
• Manage the telephone switchboard (receiving, filtering, and transferring calls) efficiently and professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, test drives, and visits.
• Keep the waiting room and reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Perform simple administrative tasks (mail, printing, filing, sending documents) and follow up on requests.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to transmit information accurately and in a timely manner.

Profile sought

• High school diploma or equivalent; no experience required, on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent communication skills in French; functional English appreciated.
• Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and excellent listening skills.
• Team spirit, versatility, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and appointment management systems.
• Punctuality, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
