Subaru Metropolitan – Experienced Receptionist / Hostess
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Subaru dealership in Saint-Léonard (Montreal). You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a professional, warm, and memorable customer experience both on-site and over the phone.
Your Tasks
- Welcome clients and visitors courteously and professionally, reflecting the Subaru brand image.
- Manage incoming phone calls: answer, filter calls, take accurate messages, and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments for service and sales; notify clients of any changes.
- Direct clients to the appropriate contacts and guide them to the relevant areas.
- Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized; ensure supplies are stocked.
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, correspondence, document management, support with coordination).
- Collaborate with the after-sales and sales teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Enter customer data into the CRM system.

- Team spirit, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reception, front desk, or hostess duties.
- Excellent communication skills in French; functional English is appreciated.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Office) and scheduling software; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities, work in a team, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, potentially including some evenings or weekends.
