Receptionist / Hostess – Luxury Automotive Montreal – Les Moteurs Décarie

We are recruiting a Receptionist / Hostess to join Les Moteurs Décarie, a Jaguar and Land Rover dealership in Montreal and the leading Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in Eastern Canada. Entry-level position accessible without prior experience, within a culture of excellence and exceptional customer service.

About the position You are the privileged welcome for visitors and the first link in a premium customer experience. You contribute to the image of the brands and ensure the smooth administrative operation of the showroom, working closely with the Sales and Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and direct them to the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
• Manage the telephone and incoming emails professionally; respond quickly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized reception and a welcoming waiting area reflecting the brands’ image.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments; coordinate calendars and facilitate communication between teams.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with simple administrative and logistical tasks.
• Ensure the safety and confidentiality of visitors and transmitted information.
• Participate in organizing showroom events and promotional activities when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas.

Skills and profile sought

• No prior experience needed; beginners welcome and encouraged.
• Bilingual in French and English is essential; excellent written and spoken communication.
• Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common software tools (Microsoft Office suite); familiarity with communication systems; experience with a CRM is a plus.
• Team spirit, discretion, reliability, and motivation to learn about the products and services of the group’s brands.
• Interest in vehicles and brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley.
