Experienced Receptionist / Hostess – Sales and F&I (Luxury Line)
Holand Automotive, a prestigious establishment located in Mont-Royal, Quebec, is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Hostess to ensure impeccable welcome and support the activities of the Sales and F&I department in a high-end environment.
Job Description You will be the first impression of our brand and will have daily contact with an demanding and international clientele. Your main tasks include welcoming, guiding, and assisting visitors, managing the switchboard, and providing administrative support related to financing and insurance activities. You will act as a liaison between the reception, the Sales and F&I teams, and visitors to ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion; guide them through the showroom and accompany them to appointments.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, filter calls, and relay messages promptly.
- Prepare and submit administrative documents for sales and financing files; coordinate appointments with Sales and F&I teams.
- Handle secretarial duties for the Sales department (mail, lead follow-up, internal and external communications).
- Support the F&I process (document coordination, information verification, communication with clients and staff).
- Maintain the reception and showroom area in pristine condition and offer a personalized client experience.
- Use and update computer tools (CRM, automotive management software, office suites) for client and appointment management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Respect confidentiality and data security standards for clients.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury or high-end automotive environment.
- Bilingual French/English; excellent presentation and service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of One80 software (sales) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a sophisticated clientele.
- Strong service orientation, organization skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office) and familiarity with management systems and CRM; experience in a showroom environment is an asset.
- Impeccable discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment and adapt quickly.
