Receptionist / Hostess – Joliette Ford Lincoln (St-Jean Group)
Location: Joliette, Quebec
Context and Objective Join a friendly and dynamic team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
Main Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and prospects upon their arrival.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, filter calls, and direct to appropriate services.
- Take and relay messages, schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area; handle mail and documents.
- Coordinate with technicians and departments to ensure the flow of information.
- Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of service.
- Provide light administrative support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and confidentiality of customer information.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (reception, customer service, switchboard).
- Excellent skills in French; English is an asset.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Stress management and prioritization of requests.
- Available for summer schedules and interested in a long-term position.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email alerts.
- Experience with management systems (e.g., SERTI – Administration; Dealertrack – F&I).
- Good organizational skills and a sense of service.
