Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor – Mauricie Volkswagen (Trois-Rivières)

We are looking for a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to join our team in Trois-Rivières. You will be the point of contact for customers and technicians regarding Volkswagen parts and accessories, and you will actively contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the counter and advise them on parts, accessories, and solutions suited to the Volkswagen vehicle.
• Take, verify, and process parts orders; advise on compatibility and lead times.
• Manage the parts department inventory: restocking, labeling, tracking levels, and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and proper repair progress.
• Follow up on orders, returns, and warranties; resolve customer issues professionally.
• Make additional sales and promotional campaigns to optimize revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area in accordance with safety procedures.
• Master the parts management system and invoicing; record transactions accurately.
• Advise and sell tires and wheels when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto parts sales or a customer service role in the automotive sector.
• Competitive compensation, based on experience.
• Knowledge of the SERTI system is an asset.
• Knowledge of Volkswagen parts and systems and experience with parts management tools and catalogs is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, manage priorities, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Professional attitude, welcoming demeanor, and customer focus; ability to work in a dynamic environment centered on customer satisfaction.
