Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor - Mauricie Volkswagen (Trois-Rivières)
Location: Trois-Rivières, Mauricie, QC
We are hiring a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join our Mauricie Volkswagen team. You will be the point of contact for customers and technicians regarding Volkswagen parts and accessories, actively contributing to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the counter and advise them on parts, accessories, and solutions suited to their needs and Volkswagen vehicles.
- Take, verify, and process parts orders; advise on compatibility and delivery times.
- Manage the parts department inventory: restocking, labeling, monitoring levels, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and smooth repair processes.
- Follow up on orders, returns, and warranties; resolve customer issues professionally.
- Upsell and promote promotional campaigns to optimize the service parts revenue.
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Master the computerized parts management system and billing; accurately record transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role in the automotive sector.
- Salary will be adjusted based on experience.
- Knowledge of the SERTI system is a significant asset.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen parts and systems is an asset; experience with parts management tools and catalogs.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual in French/English is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Professional attitude, welcoming demeanor, and customer-oriented approach; ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
