Our team is looking for a motivated Parts Clerk / Advisor to support the parts department. You will contribute to providing quality customer service, managing inventory and orders, and promoting customer satisfaction while adhering to internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on automotive parts and accessories, identify their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Search for references, verify compatibility, and process orders accurately.
• Manage orders, deliveries, returns, and payments, ensuring fast and reliable service.
• Maintain the parts store inventory, conduct regular inventory checks, and optimize sales space.
• Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to offer effective solutions and build customer loyalty.
• Document transactions and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
• Participate in achieving sales targets and developing the customer base.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, results-oriented, and team player.
• General knowledge of automotive parts; research skills in the parts system (an asset).
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Availability aligned with parts department hours; the company is closed on weekends.
