Elite Ford St-Jérôme, a member of the Tremblay Auto Group, is seeking a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers looking for genuine Ford parts and accessories, in-store or by phone. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience and ensure the quick availability of necessary parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs for parts and accessories.
• Advise on suitable parts and solutions based on Ford specifications and the customer's vehicle.
• Manage orders: quotes, invoicing, and follow-up until completion.
• Check stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and follow delivery timelines.
• Manage the parts department inventory: receiving, labeling, organizing, and regular stocktaking.
• Collaborate with technicians and after-sales service to ensure quick availability of parts.
• Handle returns, warranties, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and comply with safety procedures.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales (ideally in dealership or workshop).
• Knowledge of Ford parts and parts management systems; experience with parts management tools (SERTI) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Good organizational skills, rigor, team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in French; operational English is an asset.
• Valid work permit and availability to work on a flexible schedule.
