About the Role

As a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor, you will be the preferred contact point for customers and will ensure quality service throughout their journey, from greeting to loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and identify their needs for parts and accessories.
• Provide technical advice and detailed product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage parts inventory: stock monitoring, restocking, and order preparation.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure an efficient workflow and propose suitable solutions.
• Highlight in-store products and participate in organizing displays to boost sales.
• Follow up post-sale to build customer loyalty.
• Handle transactions and payments; respond to calls and provide customer service.
• Sell parts and accessories, as well as tires and wheels.

Profile Sought

• Passion and knowledge of Ford products and the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Team spirit with autonomy and proactivity.
• Basic knowledge of computers, inventory management, and sales systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an asset; openness to learning and development.

Experience and Technical Skills

• Experience: 1 year as a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor (an asset).
• Software: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of computer management systems.
