Job Description

You will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience by addressing the parts and accessories needs of individual and professional customers. You will quickly identify the appropriate parts, advise and sell, while ensuring efficient service at the counter and over the phone. You will work closely with technicians and sales teams to optimize interventions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on automotive parts, accessories, and tires; understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage sales and orders of parts, prepare quotes, and follow up until delivery.
• Maintain and optimize the parts inventory, update the system, and ensure the organization and presentation of the counter.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth and prompt customer experience.
• Provide quality service at the counter and over the phone, process returns and exchanges according to procedures.

Desired Profile and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in auto parts sales or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories and ability to quickly identify compatible references.
• Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Proficiency with computer tools and ability to quickly learn parts systems and catalogs.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Availability for variable hours and ability to handle reasonable loads if necessary.
• Knowledge of the Keyloop Serti and Starparts operating systems is an asset.

Additional Assets

• Experience at the counter and over the phone with a diverse clientele.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and after-sales procedures.
