Experienced Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and listen to customers to identify their parts and accessories needs.
- Advise on compatible parts and propose supplementary solutions to optimize satisfaction and sales.
- Prepare and process orders: verify references, availability and prices; follow up until delivery.
- Manage parts inventory, receive, transfer and participate in periodic inventories.
- Collaborate with the service department and other departments to ensure parts accuracy.
- Process returns, exchanges and manage warranties where applicable.
- Maintain the sales area clean and organized (displaying and labeling).
- Regularly train on product updates and share knowledge with the team.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service, communication and client relationship skills.
- Team spirit, results-oriented and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of parts management systems and ordering processes; experience with an ERP or parts software is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools (office suite and management software).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
Skills and Tools
- Knowledge of software such as Mitchell On Demand, SERTI, Progi (assets).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
