Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor - Mazda Joliette Inc. (Groupe St-Jean)

About the position
Join a team passionate about automobiles and dedicated to customer satisfaction. You will be on the front line to advise, sell, and coordinate parts and accessories, while working closely with the parts and service departments.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories, then suggest suitable solutions.
- Manage in-store sales and orders; follow up until delivery.
- Search for references, verify availability, manage transfers and returns.
- Maintain stock accuracy, participate in inventory, and optimize shelf layouts.
- Offer basic technical advice and direct customers to technicians when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Service and Parts teams to improve timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Promote promotions and loyalty programs to clients.
Desired profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in auto parts sales or customer service in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of auto parts and ability to quickly identify references; proficiency with a parts management system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and team spirit.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
