Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor – Experienced and Customer-Oriented

Rimar Volkswagen is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Clerk / Advisor to join a dynamic and service-oriented team.

Job Overview

Your mission will be to welcome customers, identify their needs for auto parts and accessories, and propose tailored solutions while ensuring a high-level customer experience. You will manage orders, invoicing, and delivery tracking, collaborating with the workshop and after-sales service to guarantee the availability and installation of parts when necessary. You will consolidate inventory, optimize in-store presentation, and actively participate in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories.
• Recommend suitable solutions, explain the features of parts, and close sales.
• Manage orders, invoicing, and delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure the availability and installation of parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize the counter, and optimize the display of parts in the store.
• Develop upselling opportunities and contribute to the dealership’s objectives through proactive initiatives.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto parts sales or a related role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems, with the ability to clearly explain them to customers.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (inventory, POS, CRM).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Relevant training in auto parts or sales; eager to learn and adaptable.
