Job Description

• Greet customers at the parts counter and by phone, assess their needs, and suggest suitable Toyota parts and accessories.
• Make effective sales, offer simple technical advice, and optimize upselling opportunities while ensuring impeccable service.
• Manage parts orders, returns, and exchanges, and follow up with the customer and after-sales service.
• Receive, verify, and store parts, maintain an accurate and organized inventory, and prepare orders for service or installation.
• Use the parts management computer system to enter orders, update prices, and track stock.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and the company's commercial policies.
• Participate in display and space optimization of the parts area to promote sales and promotions.

• Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Team spirit, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in automobiles and the ability to quickly learn Toyota systems and products.
• Bilingual French/English, an asset; basic computer knowledge.
