Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs for parts and accessories, offering tailored solutions.
• Advise on suitable parts and technical solutions for Cadillac vehicles and other brands.
• Manage orders and transactions: preparing parts, billing, follow-up on orders, exchanges, and returns.
• Promote cross-selling, parts programs, and current promotions.
• Manage inventory: receiving, labeling, stocktaking, organizing, and detecting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service and technicians to ensure the accuracy of ordered parts.
• Maintain accuracy of customer and parts records in the computer system and management software.
• Ensure quick, courteous, and professional service, even during busy periods.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, procedures, and store safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a parts clerk / sales advisor in the automotive sector (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with GM (General Motors) products and systems considered a major asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with parts catalogs.
• Bilingual (French/English) required.
• Experience with CDK is an asset.
