Job Offer: Automotive Parts Clerk – Class A

Volkswagen Complex 440, Laval

We are looking for a Class A Automotive Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Complex 440 in Laval. You will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the development of parts and accessories sales.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers at the counter, by phone, and through the workshop; sell parts, accessories, and, if applicable, tires and wheels.
• Help customers choose the appropriate parts and provide high-quality service both internally and externally.
• Inform customers about parts, accessories, promotions, and new products; present the full range available.
• Answer calls and emails, communicate prices and relevant information; propose suitable solutions.
• Develop a sales and appointment scheduling strategy during calls and email exchanges.
• Foster customer loyalty by engaging regular customers and ensuring proactive follow-up.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in the parts department.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; knowledge of tires and wheels is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and collaborate with different departments (workshop, customer service).
• Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit; sales and telephone prospecting abilities.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (day shift)
