Commis / Parts Sales Advisor – Audi West Island

Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealership in Quebec, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Clerk/Advisor to join a passionate team. You will be the primary contact for customers seeking advice and solutions related to original Audi parts and accessories, to provide a smooth customer experience and tailored technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the parts counter and accurately understand their needs for Audi parts and accessories.
• Advise on original Audi parts, propose suitable solutions, and suggest additional sales when appropriate.
• Manage orders, verify stock levels, prepare quotes, and follow up on deliveries and returns.
• Work closely with technicians and after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Use IT tools (parts catalogues, inventory management systems) to identify parts, verify references, and ensure traceability.
• Keep the counter and showroom clean and organized, and participate in merchandising of parts and accessories.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales and service quality objectives.

Profile & Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in auto parts sales or a related environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; experience with Audi parts is a plus.
• Ability to read catalogues and technical diagrams, and interpret part references.
• Excellent customer orientation, good listening and communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems; experience with POS/ERP software is an advantage.
• Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Availability to work as needed (variable hours and possible weekends).
• Valid driver’s license (if required for the position).
