Automobile Liaison Agent – CARSTAR Vaudreuil (Vaudreuil-Dorion)

Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC | Full-time contract | Monday to Friday working hours

Mission

Be the preferred point of contact between clients, insurers, and the repair team to facilitate claim processing and vehicle restoration. Ensure smooth, client-oriented service that complies with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and gather necessary information about claims and repairs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, insurers, and technicians with clear and proactive communication.
• Verify the completeness of documents and handle administrative follow-up of files (estimates, authorizations, deadlines).
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and tests in collaboration with workshops and internal teams.
• Transmit approval requests and information to insurance companies and follow up on their responses.
• Update case management systems and monitor operational indicators (status, deadlines, priorities).
• Resolve client questions and ensure a quality customer experience.
• Work closely with administrative and technical teams to optimize processes.

Profile

• No experience required; training in administration, secretarial work, or related field is appreciated.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
• Good organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Team spirit, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with case management systems (CRM/ERP) are a plus.
