Liaison Officer – CARSTAR Laval Ste-Rose

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for clients, insurers, and the repair team.
• Schedule, organize, and track appointments; communicate updates and case progress to clients.
• Collect, verify, and manage required documents (accident reports, authorizations, estimates, appraisal reports, etc.) and ensure traceability.
• Enter and update information in internal computer systems and databases.
• Collaborate closely with appraisers, technicians, and managers to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve client questions and concerns proactively and professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support daily operations as needed.

Profile

• Experience: entry-level accepted; internal training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent (management/administration training is a plus).
• Fluent in spoken and written French; functional English appreciated.
• Customer service orientation, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage priorities, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and case management systems.
• Availability for weekday hours; versatility and reliability.
