Liaison Agent – Bodywork

We are recruiting a dynamic and customer service-oriented liaison agent to ensure the connection between our clients, insurers, and the production team. You will guarantee a simple, transparent, and professional experience at every stage of the repair process.

Your responsibilities

• Greet clients and support them throughout the repair process
• Coordinate communications between clients, insurers, and estimators
• Follow up on files from opening to vehicle delivery
• Inform clients about the progress of work and answer their questions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle check-ins and check-outs
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines
• Provide exemplary customer service and contribute to each client’s satisfaction

Profile sought

• Customer service experience; experience in bodywork, insurance, or automotive field is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Knowledge of Mitchell On Demand and SERTI (Administration) software
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum experience: 3 years as a Liaison Agent
