Job Mission
Be the primary contact for renewal of leasing and financing contracts, retain customers, and create opportunities for the sales department. You will be the first point of contact for clients nearing the end of their term and will directly contribute to the dealership’s performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage renewal files for clients whose contracts are expiring (leasing and financing).
- Proactively contact clients (phone, email, SMS) to schedule meetings and assess renewal needs.
- Analyze files (mileage, maintenance history, equity, residual value) to propose the best renewal solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to maximize vehicle replacement opportunities.
- Keep dashboards, deadline tracking, and performance indicators up to date.
- Coordinate vehicle evaluations, showroom appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, in line with Subaru Rive-Nord standards.
- Participate in the implementation of loyalty campaigns and renewal strategies.
- Work with the after-sales department to identify clients with high renewal potential.
Desired Profile
- Minimum experience: 1 year as a rental renewal coordinator.
- Experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or coordination (automotive experience is a significant asset).
- Excellent communication skills and ease in phone interactions.
- Ability to analyze simple financial files (payments, equity, residual values).
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and excellent priority management.
- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, Activix, Excel, DMS systems).
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset depending on client needs.
