We are looking for an Internal Technical Advisor, responsible for ensuring operational harmony between departments and adherence to quality standards before delivery. You coordinate the preparation of vehicles (new and used) and manage the courtesy fleet rigorously to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the vehicle preparation cycle (mechanical inspections, aesthetic reconditioning, and compliance updates) and ensure complete inventory.
• Conduct exit inspections and inventory of units being prepared to guarantee error-free delivery that meets customer expectations.
• Issue and manage internal work orders for maintenance and preparation, respecting deadlines and budgets.
• Serve as a central point of contact between Sales, Service, Parts, and Financing to ensure smooth workflow.
• Centralize and validate vehicle files (PDI, technical sheets, histories, warranties, and compliance certificates).
• Keep internal tools up to date, produce dashboards, and generate progress reports on stock status.
• Detect operational discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to optimize timeliness and quality.
• Coordinate rental vehicle bookings, manage contracts, perform departure/return inspections, and plan fleet maintenance.
• Ensure billing to the Service department, collect payments, and perform daily financial reconciliation.

Desired Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in operational or technical coordination within the automotive sector.
• Excellent knowledge of preparation processes (PDI), compliance documentation, and management systems (DMS).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously with exemplary attention to detail.
• Team spirit and ease in diplomatically communicating with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computer tools and the ability to produce accurate data reports.
• Fluent in French; functional English is an asset.
• Relevant training in administration, logistics, or related fields preferred.
