Human Resources Manager – Health/Safety Prevention and Coordination
On-site position | Montreal and Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur (presence on site approximately 1 day per week)
Context Within our HR team, known for the quality of its support, you will be the HR reference for our branches in Montreal and Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur. In the medium term, you will develop a preventive role and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our health and safety practices.

Your responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on performance, total compensation, talent management, discipline, and other HR processes
- Actively participate in recruiting mechanics (main activity of our core business)
- Welcome and facilitate the integration of new hires
- Serve as a reference person for employees
- Develop and promote a prevention role for all branches
- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize internal procedures and practices
Profile sought
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Collaborative spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated interest in health and safety prevention
- Presence at our Montreal and Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur sites (average 1 day per week)
Training and skills desired
- Degree or equivalent experience in human resources
- Good communication and internal relationship management skills
