The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader capable of inspiring teams, maintaining a performance-driven culture, and ensuring continuous growth in sales, service, and parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all dealership operations (sales, service, and parts)
• Optimize overall performance and profitability of departments
• Support, mobilize, and develop management and sales teams
• Implement sustainable growth strategies and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the manufacturer
• Ensure rigorous management of daily operations
• Work in close collaboration and under the supervision of the Vice President

Profile Sought

• Significant experience as a Sales Director / General Manager or Senior Sales Manager
• Strong expertise in car sales, with an in-depth understanding of service and parts
• Excellent motivating leadership, results-oriented, structured, and strategic
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, high-performance environment
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with the manufacturer

Assets

• Proficiency in Activix, 180, and CDK software
• Experience managing a Subaru dealership or similar brand
