Follow-up Clerk – Subaru Repentigny (Repentigny, QC)

Subaru Repentigny, a member of the Tremblay Auto Group, is seeking a Follow-up Clerk to join a dynamic team focused on customer service. You will ensure proactive follow-up with potential and existing clients, in collaboration with the Sales and Service departments.

About the position

You will contribute to optimizing customer satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities while maintaining an exemplary client relationship. You will connect sales and service activities through targeted follow-ups and rigorous customer tracking.

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls and emails according to established protocols.
• Track incoming and outgoing leads in the CRM and keep records up to date.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-ups; call clients after visits, test drives, or services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to prepare relevant proposals and qualified appointments.
• Analyze the results of follow-up campaigns and propose operational improvements.
• Comply with confidentiality policies and customer service standards.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in client follow-up, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; fluency in French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
• Good organizational skills, priority management, and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in computer tools and CRM systems; ability to quickly learn internal systems.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and results-oriented mindset.
