Job Offer: Commercial Fleet Manager — Montreal

Le Relais Chevrolet, a GM dealership located in Montreal and active in the sector for over 50 years, is seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to optimize fleet management and ensure profitable operations.

About the position

• Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet for professional clients and ensure sales growth in the fleet sector.
• Guarantee customer loyalty and the renewal of fleet contracts when necessary.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers related to vehicles.

Main responsibilities

• Develop B2B sales and activities related to the commercial fleet.
• Manage the dedicated auto fleet service and commercial clients.
• Develop loyalty strategies and optimize the lifecycle of fleet contracts.
• Negotiate and coordinate services with suppliers and partners (maintenance, repair, fleet management, etc.).
• Monitor performance indicators, drive results, and control costs to ensure profitability.

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Fleet Management/Responsibility).
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Flexible, available, and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of products is an important asset.
• Mastery of B2B sales and ability to develop and maintain relationships with professional clients.
