This position replaces our Vice President of Fixed Operations, who has been assigned new responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who has contributed to the success of a reputable dealership with a participative management style.

Responsibilities

Your role, under the supervision of the General Manager, will include:

• Maintaining a high-quality repair service and reducing returns in our workshop with 21 mechanical bays.
• Ensuring health and safety by informing and applying relevant laws.
• Optimizing processes and increasing customer satisfaction through innovative strategies.
• Managing warranties to ensure compliance with policies.
• Setting fixed operation rates and proposing them to management.
• Overseeing recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Holding regular meetings to ensure the satisfaction of the 35 employees under your responsibility.
• Collaborating with the advisory team to retain and expand our customer base through their recommendations.
• Analyzing performance with key indicators and proposing improvements.
• Implementing customer satisfaction control.
• Addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Working closely with the Parts Manager to ensure inventory and budget compliance.
• Participating in all necessary management meetings.
• Using various software and having adequate computer skills.
