Fixed Operations Manager – Joliette Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi dealership located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec, specializing in service and parts, is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to lead and optimize all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the service, parts, and workshop departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustained profitability.
• Define and monitor operational objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (productivity, satisfaction rate, average repair time, visit recurrence).
• Optimize after-sales service processes: customer intake, appointment scheduling, workshop flow, parts and inventory management, warranty processing.
• Manage warranties and claims professionally, adhering to Mitsubishi policies and internal standards.
• Develop and coach service and parts teams: recruitment, performance evaluation, and training plans.
• Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency measures, notably through digital tools (CRM and service management systems).
• Manage department budget, parts purchasing, contracts, and supplier partnerships; control costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; collaborate with other departments to support the dealership’s overall goals.
• Lead customer loyalty and satisfaction initiatives in connection with Mitsubishi promotions and programs.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fixed operations or automotive service management; leadership experience required.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; result-oriented.
• Mastery of after-sales service processes, warranty management, and parts inventory.
• Skills in financial and budget management; ability to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in French; functional English appreciated.
• Relevant diploma (automotive technology, management, administration) preferred; interest in continuous training.
• Team spirit, proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on service quality.
• Valid driver’s license.
