Job Mission
Lead the fixed operations department and after-sales service to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational performance and profitability of the service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the after-sales service and supervise a multidisciplinary team (technicians, reception, coordination) to provide high-quality services within the given timeframes.
- Define and monitor operational objectives and KPIs (customer satisfaction, first-time resolution rate, average repair time, profitability).
- Optimize appointment booking, diagnostics, repairs, and billing processes; manage parts and inventory; ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and the network to maximize value-added services and customer loyalty.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develop and mobilize teams.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners; ensure efficient administrative organization.
- Train and develop team members' skills; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality professional relationships and promote team spirit and operational excellence.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or operational management within the automotive industry.
- Relevant degree (administration, management, engineering) or equivalent; management and continuous improvement training appreciated.
- Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with after-sales management tools (diagnostics, parts, warranty, planning, DMS/CRM) and performance analysis capacity; results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual French-English preferred; ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize activities.
- Availability for flexible hours and to adapt to operational needs of the network.

- Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year (depending on experience)
