Head of Financial Services – Audi Anjou (Montreal, QC)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Head of Financial Services to oversee the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. You will lead a small team and ensure that every transaction is clear, compliant, and tailored to the customer's needs.

Main responsibilities

• Clearly present insurance, financing, and automotive warranty options and help customers make the best choices.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a small team of financial services professionals to deliver excellent service.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for financing and insurance products, including paperwork and documentation.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, identify their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to structure financing and protection plans centered on the customer.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and propose improvements to achieve or exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and dealership policies.
• Provide ongoing training on products and best customer service practices.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in automotive sales or financial services.
• Proven ability to clearly explain products and establish trust with clients.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
• High integrity and rigor regarding compliance and accuracy.
• Comfortable with IT tools and document management.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and delivering results.
• Good team spirit and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Recommended experience

• 3 years or more as Head of Financial Services (F&I) or equivalent position in the automotive sector.
